I lay on my bed
Listened to the sound
Looked out of the window
And saw heavy rain.

I wished to be outside
Get drenched in the rain
Walk along with him
All night long.

I dreamt of being
Happy like never before
Dancing in the rain
With the love of my life.

He would hold me tight
And never let me go
In this midnight love
We would share the warmth.

How jealous I feel
When I see his care
I know not how to repay
All his love for me.

I wish we were
Immortal beings
And lived like this
